As of September 12, 2022, Beate Heister &Karl Albrecht Jr. was the wealthiest man in Germany, with an estimated net worth of 34.2 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Klaus-Michael Kuehne  (No. 2, $30.0 billion), Dieter Schwarz (No. 3, $25.6 billion); and Susanne Klatten (No. 4, $22.3 billion).

Stefan Quandt is the fifth-richest person in Germany, with a whopping $19.4 billion. Theo Albrecht Jr. ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $17.5 billion, followed by Reinhold Wuerth with $13.9 billion. Andreas Struengmann is placed 8th with a net worth of $12.7 billion. Thomas Struengmann  ($12.7 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Germany.
