As of August 4, 2022, Klaus-Michael Kuehne was the wealthiest man in Germany, with an estimated net worth of 39.9 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Beate Heister & Karl Albrecht (No. 2, $36.0 billion), Dieter Schwarz (No. 3, $32.0 billion); and Susanne Klatten (No. 4, $23.3 billion).

Stefan Quandt is the fifth-richest person in Germany, with a whopping $20.1 billion. Theo Albrecht Jr ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $18.4 billion, followed by Reinhold Wuerth with $14.3 billion. Thomas  Struengmann is placed 8th with a net worth of $13.5 billion.   Andreas Struengmann ($13.5 billion) occupied the 9th position among Germany’s top 10 wealthiest people.
