    Yoshiko Sugino, the founder of Sugino fashion college is a pioneer in the fashion industry of Japan. The two departments here are the department of clothing and the department of fashion expressions. In the year 2018 faculty of fashion and the department of fashion expression was introduced.   3. Ueda College of Fashion
