Europe’s billionaires have thrived during the pandemic year – with a net worth of roughly $192.4 billion, the French fashion tycoon Bernard Arnault is the richest person in Europe, followed by Francoise Bettencourt Meyers (No. 2, $89.6 billion), Amancio Ortega (No. 3, $88.4 billion); and François Pinault (No. 4, $57 billion).
Beate Heister & Karl Albrecht Jr. are the fifth-richest person in Europe, with $41.5 billion. Giovanni Ferrero ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $35.9 billion, followed by Klaus-Michael Kuehne with $34.4 billion. Alain Wertheimer is placed 8th with a net worth of $34.3 billion. Gerard Wertheimer ($34.3 billion) occupied the 9th position on the top 10 richest people in Europe list, followed by Dieter Schwarz (No. 10, $33.8 billion).
