Beryllus Capital: Billionaire Hinduja Family Start Global Wealth-Advisory Firm For The World’s Ultra Rich

The Hinduja family is partnering with New York-based Focus Financial Partners Inc. (NASDAQ:FOCS) (“Focus”) to launch Beryllus Capital, a multifamily office that will serve the world’s ultra-high-net-worth families.

Beryllus Capital will have offices in London, Geneva, and Singapore. Beryllus Capital will be led by Amit Kotha, a founder and veteran senior wealth advisor based in London. Amit Kotha previously held leadership positions at a global banking and wealth management institution in the U.K., most recently as a Managing Director of that firm’s Enterprise Strategic Clients business, advising ultra-high net worth families in the U.K., Middle East and South East Asia.

It will provide investment management, investment banking, and real estate advisory. The firm will provide advice and integrated strategies for managing its clients’ investments, philanthropic endeavors, and legacies.

In addition to Gopichand Parmanand Hinduja, three brothers — Srichand Parmanand Hinduja, Prakash Parmanand Hinduja and Ashok Parmanand Hinduja — lead Hinduja Group and are based across the U.K., continental Europe and India.

Srichand Hinduja (affectionately as ‘SP’) is the head of Hinduja Family and Chairman of Hinduja Group and charitable Foundations. Gopichand P Hinduja is married to Madhu and has two daughters, Shanu and Vinoo.

Gopichand P. Hinduja, fondly known as ‘GP’ in business circles, is the Co-Chairman of Hinduja Group. He is married to Sunita and has two sons, Sanjay and Dheeraj, both actively involved in Hinduja Group businesses and a daughter, Rita.

Prakash P Hinduja, Chairman – Hinduja Group (Europe)

Prakash P Hinduja, known affectionately as ‘PP’ among his business associates and friends, Prakash P. Hinduja is the Chairman of Hinduja Group in Europe. Since 2008, he is based in Monaco. PP and his three brothers, supported by the third generation, have been guiding the diversified global growth of the Group. After completing his university education, PP joined the family business in Tehran, Iran. He later moved to Geneva in Switzerland and took charge of the Group’s European operations. Thereafter in 2008, he moved to Monaco. PP is married to Kamal, has two sons, Ajay Hinduja and Ramkrishan Hinduja, and a daughter, Renuka.

Ashok P Hinduja, known affectionately as ‘AP’ among his business associates and friends, Ashok P. Hinduja is the youngest son of P. D. Hinduja, Founder of Hinduja Group and Hinduja Foundation. Ashok P Hinduja and his three brothers, Srichand (SP), Gopichand (GP) and Prakash (PP) Hinduja, supported by the third generation, have been guiding the diversified global growth of one of India’s foremost privately owned Groups with a global footprint across 38 countries, employing 150,000+ people.
