Australian Billionaires: These Are The Richest People In Australia In 2020

With an estimated net worth of $16 billion, Australian mining magnate Gina Rinehart is the wealthiest person in Australia, that’s according to CEOWORLD magazine’s Australia Rich List Index For 2020. The CEOWORLD magazine Rich List, published today, revealed 40 of Australia’s wealthiest people and some very recognizable faces. The number two spot for Australia was occupied by Andrew Forrest worth $13.4 billion.

Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes is third on the list with $12.2 billion. Scott Farquhar, co-founder, and co-CEO of software company Atlassian holds the 4th spot with a whopping net worth of $12.1 billion, followed by Anthony Pratt ($11.8 billion), Harry Triguboff ($10.3 billion), Frank Lowy ($5.8 billion), and Kerry Stokes ($3.9 billion). John Gandel and James Packer rounded up the top ten wealthiest people in Australia with $3.7 billion and $3.1 billion, respectively.
