    Within these faculties, there are 17 schools including law, Science, Sports and Recreation, Hospitality and Tourism, Art and Design, and Public Health and Pyschosocial Studies.   5. Lincoln University
    Established in the year 1878, Lincoln University is one of the oldest institutions focusing on agricultural teaching. Its academic organization comprises 3 faculties, namely the Faculty of Agribusiness and Commerce, Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and Faculty of Environment, Society and Design.

    The university also engages in research activities routinely and is known to have one of the largest entomology collections in the country.
