Top 5 Online Business Women’s Work Outs During COVID-19 Lock Down

Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) affects everything we have done so far, even the way we have been training. Lockdown during COVID-19 does not mean you have to quit training. We found 5 free online tools that will keep you fit at your home.  With no equipment, you are guaranteed to boost your heart rate. Five personal trainers from around the world will help you make the most of your squats and burpees. In addition, their services do not cost, as with online training, and are provided for free. Spend 10, 20 or 30 minutes and try out an online training program from below.

  1. Workouts of Pamela Reif: Although 20 minutes may not seem like enough time to burn fat, with this program you will be halfway through the video. Seats with jumps, push-ups, and boards are included! Choose between full-body training, abdominal training, and yoga.
  2. Melissa Wood Health: A well-known name in the world of online training, Melissa Wood is a certified yoga and pilates instructor. On her YouTube channel, she offers free versions of her full electronic program. It also offers you a free 7-day trial to try out one of its programs.
  3. Blogilates: Here you will find workouts, such as barre, where you train these tiny muscles that you have forgotten you have. And you will definitely feel it the next day. Cassey Ho, the person behind blogilates, will guide you through virtual workouts that last up to 30 minutes.
  4. Keep it cleaner: This site run by two fitness instructors from Australia offers daily workouts, recipes, and meditation programs through their application. It also offers you a free 7-day trial, but it also has free HIIT training, boxing, running, pilates and yoga through their YouTube channel. These are beginner workouts and you can easily add them to your schedule.
  5. Yoga with Adriene: With more than 6.21 million YouTube subscribers, Adriene is a star in online yoga. It offers beginner videos as well as more targeted workouts to relieve neck pain and stress.
