Top 20 Most Dynamic Cities In The World For 2020

Shanghai, Delhi, and Dubai ranked within the top 20 most dynamic cities in the world for 2020, according to JLL’s City Momentum Index. Hyderabad has been ranked first on the list, while Bengaluru claimed the 2nd spot.
Ho Chi Minh City takes the third place, followed by Nairobi and Chennai.
The index combines socio-economic and commercial property metrics of 130 major established and emerging business hubs to identify the world’s most dynamic cities. India – with seven cities in the top 20, the most of any country – leads the 2020 index.
Another five Indian cities make the Top 20: Chennai (5th), Delhi (6th), Pune (12th), Kolkata (16th) and Mumbai (20th). China has five cities in the Top 20: Shenzhen (10th), Chongqing (11th), Wuhan (13th), Hangzhou (15th) and Shanghai (17th).
