Sam Jacobs: The 18-year-old Entrepreneur Who Is Re-defining The Rules Of Business

Sam Jacobs

Self-employment has been flourishing over the past decade. People are more confident to sell their ideas and hit the road to success in this era of internet and technology. With some basic skills like how to create a website and how to market your products online, people can showcase their talent and reach out to the world.

With their unparallel zeal and innovative ideas, the Gen Y has re-defined the concept of entrepreneurship in America. They are making the world realise that it is never too late and never too early to pursue your dreams. We had an opportunity to know about 18-year-old Sam Jacobs, the CEO of Uprise Education and owner of several online e-commerce stores, is part of these young crusaders. He is not only an inspiration to thousands of others aspiring to make their mark in the e-commerce industry but has also emerged as a young e-commerce and personal brand specialist.

Sam, who is still in high school shared that he always had the entrepreneur spirit while growing up, started flipping things for a few easy bucks here and there. He began his journey by posting sport-based contents in his own YouTube channel. Sam also tried his hand at affiliate marketing before stumbling upon the idea of drop shipping, a retail fulfilment method where a store purchases a product from a third party and directly ships it to customers, fuelled his ideas to rapid success.

“I have realised that it is very important not only to have a great website and great products, but one should know how to market and promote them effectively. This is what I have been focusing on recently to fetch more traffic to my websites,” said Sam who still divides his time between school and work and therefore, believes that automating is very important to get various tasks done in a short span of time. Sam today is a mentor to thousands of individuals as well as youngsters who aspire to succeed in their own field. Self-made entrepreneurs like Tai Lopez and Grant Cardone who have made their multi-million-dollar fortune have endorsed Sam’s ideas for growth.

Sam advises that the right frame of mind and the will to achieve one’s true potential pave the way for success. Sam uses the social media as a tool to help others. Today, he has over 85 thousand followers on Instagram where he teaches people how to make money just like him. The young entrepreneur who has single-handedly sold out a 250-poeple event in NYC in over just 30 days considers Google and YouTube, two of his best friends.

Figuring it out how and where to put right amount of work in a smart way is the key to breakthrough, Sam suggests. For him, creating an impact is more important than just merely increasing the monetary profit. Sam said, constant networking and the ability to be as much productive as one can are the two vital pillars of his success.
