In order to., determine which skills businesses and job recruiters are looking for the most in 2019, LinkedIn analyzed hundreds of thousands of job postings. The company catalogues two separate lists. One is denoted by “soft skills” while the other illustrates “hard skills” in demand.

Interestingly, the most in-demand soft skill of 2019 is Creativity.

And, the most in-demand hard technical skill of 2019 is Cloud Computing.

Paul Petrone at LinkedIn Learning writes: “These are the skills your boss and your boss’s boss find most valuable, but have a hard time finding – and the skills that’ll most help you better serve your clients and customers.”
