World’s Top 30 Best Countries To Live And Work (Popular Expat Destinations, 2018)
For the fourth year in a row, Singapore is the country of choice for expatriates, that’s according to an annual survey conducted by HSBC. Singapore topped the ranking as the best country for expats to live and work, beating New Zealand (No. 2), Germany (No. 3), and Canada (No. 4).
Bahrain was ranked the 4th best country overall to live and work, followed by Australia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and France. India that was in the top 10 countries overall last year slipped 2 spots to be ranked 12th. The survey was based on interviews with 22,318 expatriates in 163 markets worldwide in March and April this year.
