Top 20 US Companies That Are Doing The Best In Recruiting Recent College Graduates, 2018

And, if you are a recent college graduate and wondering where your generation is looking for work, here’s a tip: try Adobe, Nintendo, Aon, Google, Michelin, Providence Health, and JetBlue Airways.  That’s according to a new annual report from Forbes magazine, one of the best magazines for CEOs, senior executives, and entrepreneurs.

It may not comes as a surprise that San Jose-based software maker Adobe Systems is ranked number 1 on Forbes first-ever ranking of America’s Best Employers For New Graduates, followed by Nintendo, Aon, Navy Federal Credit Union, and United Services Automobile Association.

To assemble the list, Forbes partnered with Statista and surveyed 10,000 Americans with less than ten years of professional experience working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The respondents were asked to rate their organizations on criteria such as working conditions, salary and how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others.
