Ranked: America’s 20 Companies Where Millennials Most Like To Work For In 2018.

Northrop Grumman has been named as the best company in the United States where millennials most want to work for, that’s according to a survey by Indeed, an employment research and data website. The study reveals which companies U.S. millennials would most like to work for in 2018.

America’s best workplace for millennials is Northrop Grumman Corporation. They are a global aerospace and defense technology company based in Virginia. The firm has over 70,000 employees.

Discover Financial Services, Inc. earns placement at No. 2, Kaiser Permanente is No. 3, Delta Air Lines comes in at No. 4, and Southwest Airlines appears at No. 81.

There are more than 71 million millennials (those born between 1981 and 1996) of working age in the United States, and is projected to peak in 2036 at 76.2 million. By 2050 there will be a projected 74.3 million Millennials in America.
