These Are The 10 Most Powerful Oil And Gas Companies In The World In 2017

ExxonMobil, has held onto its title as the most powerful oil company in the world, according to Forbes magazine’s 2017 Global 2000 list, as measured by a composite score of revenues, profits, assets, and market value. ExxonMobil ranked thirteenth on the list.

Royal Dutch Shell is the 2nd-most powerful oil and gas company on our list and China Petroleum & Chemical takes 3rd place.

All in all, the top 10 oil and gas companies on the Global 2000 generated $1.3 trillion in sales during our 12-month measurement period and pocketed $51 billion in profit.
