12 French Universities Ranked In Students Employability: 2017 Survey Ecole Polytechnique, HEC Paris, ESSEC, ESCP Europe Tops

France had 12 universities included in the 2017 Global University Employability Ranking, which assesses how well universities prepare students for the workplace, with École Polytechnique leading the pack, ranking 22nd place among a total of 150 academic institutions worldwide, according to the U.K.-based Times Higher Education.

The QS World University Rankings 2018 recently ranked the Ecole Polytechnique 9th in France and 22nd in the world, while, CEOWORLD magazine’s list of the world’s best universities for graduate employability, 2017 ranked École Polytechnique number 41st out of almost 150 academic institutions in the world.

While École Polytechnique moved up 21 places from last year’s 43rd spot and was ranked the highest out of the rench universities included in this year’s list, HEC Paris moved down two places from last year’s 21st, to be ranked at 23rd place.

Ecole Polytechnique was not the only ones moving up in the rankings. EDHEC Business School found itself rising 34 places as well, from last year’s 132nd place to 98th place.

Meanwhile, ESCP Europe Business School, which was not included in the list last year, made it on the list this year at 149th place.
