VIP Industries Names Manish Desai as CFO; Neetu Kashiramka Re-Designated as Managing Director

VIP Industries’ Board of Directors has named Manish Desai as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective from February 14, 2024. Neetu Kashiramka, who currently serves as managing director and CFO, will be re-designated solely as managing director from the same date.

Desai brings over 25 years of experience in various aspects of business and finance, including project finance, accounting, treasury, audit, and taxation. He holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, and has previously held leadership roles at Voltas, MIRC Electronics, and BPL Mobile Communications.

Kashiramka, also a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 26 years of experience, has been instrumental in VIP Industries’ corporate finance function. Prior to joining VIP Industries, she held the position of CFO at Greaves Cotton.
