TASK Group Names Glenn Day for the role of CFO

TASK Group Holdings Limited has officially named Mr. Glenn Day as the Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Day brings a wealth of experience, spanning over two decades, as a senior finance executive with a diverse background in software, financial services, and superannuation sectors. Notably, his most recent roles included serving as the CFO and Company Secretary for previously ASX-listed companies, Kyckr Pty Limited (which was delisted after its acquisition in November 2022) and Class Limited. In these capacities, he oversaw various critical functions, including accounting, finance, corporate governance, compliance, investor relations, company secretarial activities, treasury, and M&A.

Mr. Day’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Sydney University, where he majored in Accounting. He is also a proud member of CPA Australia.
