MSM Malaysia CFO on Extended Graden Leave

MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd has decided to extend the garden leave of its Chief Financial Officer, Mazatul ‘Aini Shahar Abdul Malek Shahar, from December 15 to January 15 or until further notice from the board.

Earlier, on November 3, MSM had announced that Mazatul ‘Aini was placed on garden leave starting October 20, 2023, until December 15, 2023, to facilitate an ongoing internal investigation.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MSM stated, “MSM will continue its business operations as usual. Further announcements shall be made in the event of material developments on this matter.”
