With a net worth of $52.3 billion,  Michael Bloomberg is the richest media mogul in the world, according to the latest CEOWORLD magazine Global Media Rich List 2019. The report includes 32 media billionaires around the world.

With a net worth of roughly $37.6 billion, David Thomson is the second richest media mogul in the world, followed by Rupert Murdoch ($19.1 billion), Donald Newhouse ($13.8 billion) and Charlie Ergen ($10.6 billion).

Jim Kennedy is the 6th-richest media mogul in the world, with $9.6 billion. Blair Parry-Okeden ranked 7th with a personal wealth of $9.6 billion, followed by John Malone with $7.3 billion.
