The culmination of this strategic consolidation sees Rami Cassis, the current Executive Chairman, stepping into the role of CEO.

Until now, the trio operated as distinct divisions under the stewardship of CEO Jerry Young, who has steered the ship for over six years. With Young set to retire from his position, Cassis assumes the mantle, leveraging his extensive experience and profound understanding of the fintech landscape. Cassis’s journey with ieDigital dates back to 2012 when his family office, Parabellum Investments, acquired the fintech, positioning him as an investor and integral member of the senior leadership team.

Cassis’s leadership prowess extends beyond his tenure at ieDigital, boasting a distinguished portfolio of chairmanship roles at enterprises such as Razor Risk, Advanco SA, and US-based IT consulting and services firm MajorKey Technologies.
