The social network, Facebook is nearing its IPO date rumored May 17. There are many discreet risk factors to Facebook Business, at the top of the list… Mark Zuckerberg himself. He owns 58 percent of Facebook stock, so his bad decision-making could lead to a decline in company value.

Once Facebook goes public, CEO Mark Zuckerberg will “own or have the ability to control approximately 57.3 percent of the voting power” of the company’s outstanding capital shares, according to the SEC filing. What if Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s own interests differ from those of the stockholders?

Another major risk factors, Facebook have loads of personal information, data about user and that if that information comes out… Leaked.
