B2B Internet HOLDRs (BHH)- The investment seeks to diversify your investment in the B2B segment of the Internet industry through a single, exchange-listed instrument representing your undivided beneficial ownership of the underlying securities. The trust holds shares of common stock issued by specified companies that, when initially selected, were involved in the B2B segment of the Internet industry. Except when a reconstitution event, distribution of securities by an underlying issuer or other event occurs, the group of companies will not change. First Trust Dow Jones Internet Index (FDN)- The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones Internet Composite index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to include only companies whose primary focus is Internet-related. To be eligible for inclusion in the index a company must generate at least 50% of revenues from Internet commerce or services and must be currently included in the Dow Jones U.S. index.
