Top All-Time Best NBA Three-Point Shooter

Three pointers made is usually a very important stat in fantasy basketball. No other play can bring a crowd to a deafening roar faster, or to a dead silence, depending on which team made the play. So many great shooters have played in the NBA, so in honor of these legendary snipers, With that in mind, here’s a look at the best three-point shooters in the NBA by position.
Larry Bird - when you think of 3-point shooters you think of of #33
Hubert Davis- Hubert Davis took 1651 3-points shots during his career and connected on 728 of them.
Steve Kerr - has the best all time percentage: .4540
Mark Price - league’s all-time free throw percentage leader and a 40% three-point field goal shooting percentage
Reggie Miller - 2,217 career 3-point FGs made
Drazen Petrovic- Petrovic did not play many seasons in the NBA but was sure a vital player when he did. Petrovic took the least amount of 3-point shots of anyone on the list at 583 and connected on 255 of them.
Steve Nash – is the best active player by percentage: .4256
Ray Allen - second place on the NBA’s list of all-time 3-point field goals made, trailing only Reggie Miller
Dennis Scott - 267 three-pointers in a single season (1995-96)
Anthony Parker- Anthony Parker is the brother of WNBA star Candice Parker and is often overshadowed by his sister. Regardless of him being in the shadow he is not in the shadow of top 3-point shooters of all time.
B.J. Armstrong- B.J. was a good basketball player that could do a lot more than hitting the 3-point shot. B.J. has connected on 42% of his 3-point shots based on 1026 shots that he took from deep during his career.
Tim Legler - single season 3-point FG % – .5224 (128/245) (Washington, 1995-96 )
Ben Gordon- Ben Gordon has been a great player not only from 3-point range but has also been a scoring machine.
Dan Majerle - known for some big 3-pt playoff shots
Wesley Person- Wesley Person took 2754 3-point shots for his career and stayed consistent despite taking such a large amount of shots.
Vernon Maxwell - among a handful of players to amass 30 points in a single quarter
Darrell Griffith - known as Dr. Dunkenstein but became a great shooter in latter half of his career
Kobe Bryant - 12 three-point FGs in a single game (L.A. Lakers vs. Seattle, January 7, 2003)
Donyell Marshall - 12 three-point FGs in a single game (Toronto vs. Philadelphia, March 13, 2005)
Jason Kapono- Jason Kapono has taken 720 3-point shots for his career and is an excellent catch and shoot player. Kapono has connected on an amazing 46% of the shots he has taken from long range. Kapono even shot over 51% during the 2006-2007 season for Miami.
