Apple Drops iPod Prices

Apple are expected to announce new iPod touch and iPod nano models within a matter of hours, as part of their September iPod event in San Francisco.
It was a bold move on Apple’s part to position the forthcoming product.
Apple is quietly cutting the price of existing iPods. So far, we’ve seen the following price cuts. All prices given are in USD:
iPod Classic (120GB) was $250, now $230
iPod Nano (8GB) was $150, now $130
iPod Nano (16GB) was $200, now $150
iPod Touch (8GB) was $230, now $190
iPod Touch (16GB) was $300, now $250
iPod Touch (32GB) was $400, now $280
