There once was a time when the thought of women working for complex, multi-national technology companies, giant advertising firms, and massive publishing houses was rare.

Let’s be clear: Many, many individual women work at least as hard as men. Many even harder.

Men and women should be placed in the same category and then the best should be chosen fairly. Such a decision is in the best interest of any business.
