Have a good reason for them as to why the contact should take your call, and ask them when they think would be a good time.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Even send them an email, saying you would appreciate it if they made the contact aware of it, and that you will call again in a few days - it can certainly increase your chances of getting through</description>
