2009 Plugg’s Start-Ups Rally Announces Finalists!

Plugg’s Start-Ups Rally (Plugg.eu), focus on celebrating entrepreneurship and innovation in Europe, announced 20 finalists for one-day conference Brussels (12 March), European start-ups in the Web / Mobile 2.0 field.

The early-bird fee for registration (€380) expires next Saturday so run fast to register for the event at a discount!

Finalists were decided by a jury made up of over industry-leading experts, including Frank Maene – Big Bang Ventures, Soren Jessen Nielsen – NorthCap Partners, Reshma Sohoni – Seedcamp, Steven Coppens – GIMV, Inmaculada Martinez – Stradbroke Advisors, Ouriel Ohayon – LGiLab / TechCrunch France, Max Niederhofer – Atlas Venture, Ravit Lichtenberg – Ustrategy, Davor Hebel – Fidelity Ventures, Robert Schrimpff – TVM Capital, Nicolas Celier – Alven Capital, Bart Becks- Eburones and Matthäus Krzykowski – Venturebeat

  • Interesting to see what kind of start-ups are recently emerging from the European markets. Especially in terms of social learning concepts, e-learning and e-teaching I am looking forward to new projects and developments. Hopefully empirical research will benefit from this as well.
