How to Import Google Notebook to Zoho – Quickly & Effortlessly
By Amarendra Bhushan for CEOWORLD Magazine Updated:January 21, 2009
I received several requests from many readerss asking how to import Notebooks from Google Notebook. i think Zoho have come up with a great way to import your Google Notebooks into Zoho Notebook in three easy steps and less than five minutes.
Here are the three steps to import your Google Notebooks:
1) Install our new Zoho Notebook Plugin (below) and restart your browser.
2) Login to Zoho and Google Notebook both.
3) Go to this URL – chrome://zoho-notebook/content/g2z.html – and click on Start.
This will import all your Notebooks to Zoho Notebook. We hope this works for you.
If you are not using Firefox or like to move out of Google Notebook without installing new add-ons, simply export your Google Notebook as an XML file and then click here (http://notebook.zoho.com/nb/jsp/importgoogle.jsp) to upload that Google notebook into Zoho. Thanks Aravind.
The new Firefox plug-in is available here. After you install the new plug-in, you’ll see the Notebook icon appear in the bottom right corner of the status bar. Clicking on the icon, you can view all your existing notebooks or create a new notebook, add a page and add text within the page. The content added to the plug-in will automatically be synchronized to the online version of Zoho Notebook.
