Hi Bob
I purchased my 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 at Metro Chrysler in Ottawa Nov 2005.
VIN 1D7KU28D23J551910.
Metro has serviced brakes,tie rods & numerous recalls.
last time I had the truck serviced ther the service manager told me to never bring the truck back there for service.
I now have it serviced at Capital Dodge in Kanata.

It is a 2006 1500 with 59600 KM on it and the service dept tells me it needs ball joints replaced.
I lifted the truck up & they are right.
I don`t off road or drive this vehicle hard.
The heaviest thing I carry is golf clubs.

After having the brakes serviced 2 times at Metro in Ottawa I think they can`t tell the difference between brakes shaking & ball joints that`s why they said don`t bring it back.

This is unbelievable & I want to purchase a new 2009 Ram?
Please have Capital Dodge replace the ball joints under a good will warranty
