Another app to check out for Entrepreneurs is Intervals, especially if you are starting out in the creative services industry and are going to bill hourly for your work.

As a CEO, The most important feature I liked in Taroby is the facility of configuring multiple email IDs for different departments and sharing with the respective teams. For example if I have multiple e-mail accounts, marketing@mydomain.com, sales@mydomain.com, admin@mydomain.com, and hr@mydomain.com configured in Taroby for managing departments like marketing, sales, administration and hr respectively. Taroby enables the marketing team, and me to see the team mail inbox of marketing@mydomain.com with certain access restrictions. Similarly every other team mails can be shared with the respective team members. As a CEO you can access every team inbox as every team reports to you. With Taroby entire team sees the same inbox.
With Taroby, forwarding of e-mails to your team mates is not required, because everyone sees the same inbox. You sometimes forget to whom you have forwarded unless they reply back. Using Taroby in your organization solves this issue.
From your inbox you can see who all are working on which emails. Once your staff finishes the work they assign it to the respective team leader and the team leader assigns it back to you. The work flow has to be defined within your team. The entire history of an email from when it was received, who all read it... who assigned it... Who replied who put notes etc is stored in taroby.
With Forwarding of e-mails, multiple copies of e-mails will be saved in the inbox, sent folder and the receiver’s inbox etc. This is not the effective way as a lot of hardware, time and hence electricity is wasted. So Taroby brings in transparency to the organization and saves you a lot of time and energy.

Don't forget this one. Nozbe is an application that allows me to view my entire GTD at work on my Win machine, at home on my Macs and even on my cell phone. And another app lets me call in tasks to my GTD without any writing or typing, great for those thoughts that hit me while driving. I've written about my experiences with GTD in a blog post at http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com/2008/03/27/more-getting-things-done/ John
