Best corporate executive cars
By Amarendra Bhushan for CEOWORLD Magazine Updated:March 28, 2008
Those who buy the cars on this list mounted to meet every single one of those challenges with success. Top company executives are expected to rejoice with a bit of automotive compassion. There are always firm things expected in an executive automobile, not the least of which is sophistication. Executive car buyers are looking for style, quality, performance, and comfort. That being said, executives are not one for inoperative luxury, they also want a car that can execute on command. Company leaders also necessitate to be connected and imagine their car to be an office away from the office

Here’s a closer look at some of the selected cars for ceo’s.
Porsche Cayenne GTS
Porsche has fashioned a new sports machine that comfortably seats four adults and hauls lots of luggage, but we’re not referring, yet, to the Panamera Gran Turismo sedan. It won’t reach showrooms until 2009, but, to the chagrin of purists who still mourn the day Porsche began building trucks, the Panamera’s promised combination of performance and luxurious utility is available, right now, with the 2008 Cayenne GTS, our seat-of-the-pants choice as the best-handling SUV on the planet.
BMW X5 4.8i
For the new-generation 2007 BMW X5 4.8i, the Germans have just gone straight ahead with their whole bodged-together formula for a midsize truck/tall wagon/extended-roof line thingie, and the result is more of everything — more space, more seats and more engine. Since “more” is the kind of thing Americans love, we’re predicting more big success.
Audi Q7 4.2 Premium
Comfort is standard on the Q7. Audi’s Multi Media Interface (MMI) with a 7-inch screen is easily read whether changing bands from FM to Sirius, following the navigation system, programming its four-zone climate control or cranking up the Q7’s 14-speaker Bose stereo. Rounding out the more notable comfort features are front- and rear-seat heaters, fold-flat rear seats and a power tailgate.
Mercedes ML320 CDI
Lets start with that astonishing powerplant. Unlike old Mercedes diesels, which were rather lumpy five-cylinder units, this latest is a creamy V6 with four valves per cylinder. Rated at a healthy 224bhp, its got more than enough muscle to haul the 2110kg Mercedes around. In fact, its torque figure of 510Nm is even beefier than the V8 ML500 version.
LEXUS RX 350 AWD
The 2007 RX 350 is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the Front Wheel Drive and the All Wheel Drive. Upon introduction, the Front Wheel Drive is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 270-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. The All Wheel Drive is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 270-horsepower engine that achieves 19-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
Mazda CX-9 Sport
The seven-passenger 2007 Mazda CX-9 takes the concept of a cross-over vehicle to a new level with a pleasing mix of mechancial and stylistic detailing. The CX-9 is offered in three models in both FWD and AWD: the Sport ($29,035 / $30,235), the Touring ($31,135 / $32,335), and the Grand Touring ($32,675 / $33,875). All models are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 with an automatic transmission (six speeds.)
GMC Yukon
GMC’s Yukon again was largely a retrimmed rendition of the Chevrolet Tahoe. Instead of calling its longer model the Suburban, as before–and as Chevrolet continued to do–GMC switched to the Yukon XL designation. All models were 4-door wagons, about an inch shorter in wheelbase and overall length than their predecessors, but 2 inches wider, 2 inches taller, and some 300 pounds lighter. Both came with either side-opening rear cargo doors or a new aluminum liftgate with an independent-opening glass hatch.
