Technology Associates, a full service technology solutions and support firm that specializes in providing network design, implementation, management and support to small to medium-sized businesses in North Carolina, has announced that the firm has launched a new network management tool.
The new tool is the agent portion of their new network management application which allows the firm to monitor the health of their client’s network, down to each individual workstation. This upgrade will allow the firm to constantly monitor the information to aid in the recognition of possible problems and speed the efforts to resolve such problems.
Technology Associates has been providing managed services at the server level since 2002. Now, this new tool allows Technology Associates to monitor the health of their clients’ networks at the workstation level, and handle most projects and issues remotely, saving the customer time and money.
