Entrants are encouraged to submit a video showing off how many different items they can fit into a standard one quart sized plastic bag. Prizes will be awarded based on creativity and originality.
As many travelers know, the Travel Security Administration (TSA) controls what items (and how much) a person can carry onboard a passenger flight. HotelHotline.com has decided to see how creative people could be – by sponsoring a new contest aimed at filling a one quart sized plastic bag with as much as they can and submitting a video of it to HotelHotline. Contestants will need to film themselves filling the bag and the winner will be chosen from all entries received. Only items approved by the TSA will be considered (no firearms, lighters, explosives) and bag itself must also meet TSA airline travel requirements. Entries will be judged on four areas – Originality, Humor/Entertainment, Item Compliance and Item Selection. Deadline for submission of video is November 16, 2007, with the winner being selected and announced by December 10, 2007.
