Ranking The 37 Best Universities In Europe For 2018

Thirty-seven European institutions made US News ranking of the world’s 100 best global universities for 2018. The U.S. leads the global rankings with 48 universities among top 100, including 8 of the top ten.

UK came in second with ten institutions in the top 100 — behind the UK and the U.S., the following countries have the most ranked institutions out of the top 100 global universities:

US: 48
UK: 10
Netherlands, Australia: 7
Switzerland, Germany: 4
Sweden, France, Canada: 3
Singapore, Denmark, China, Belgium: 2
Spain, Japan, Finland: 1 university each

The University of Oxford was the highest ranked institutions in Europe, followed by Cambridge, Imperial College London, and the University College London.

Prof. Dr. Amarendra Bhushan Dhiraj is a publishing executive and economist who is the CEO and editor-in-chief of The CEOWORLD magazine, one of the world’s most influential and recognized global news publications.
