Canada’s Top 5 Universities In Terms Of Helping Graduates To Find A Job In 2018

Five Canadian universities have been ranked among the top 100 institutions in the world for offering the best employment opportunities and employer-student relations in 2018.

University of Toronto is the top-ranked Canadian university!

Of the 500 institutions published in the 2018 rankings, University of Toronto was ranked NO. 1 in Canada and 15th in the world.

In addition to the University of Toronto (highest ranked Canadian institution), four other Canadian universities made the list of the top 100 ranked, including University of Waterloo (24th), University of British Columbia (35th), McGill University (42nd) and University of Alberta (94th).

The 2018 Graduate Employability Rankings, compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), named Stanford in the US as the world-leader in this measure, followed by the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Harvard University.

Canada’s top 5 universities in terms of helping graduates to find a job in 2018:

1. University of Toronto (Rank #15)
2. University of Waterloo (Rank #24)
3. University of British Columbia (Rank #35)

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first indication that Canadian colleges are doing well. The 2017 Times Higher Education’s (THE) World Reputation Rankings released earlier this year had 3 universities in the top 100 list – University of Toronto at No. 24, University of British Columbia at NO. 40, and McGill University at NO. 42.

Canada had SIX universities included in the world’s best universities for graduate employability, 2017, according to the CEOWORLD magazine. Based on more than 76,000 responses to the survey – University of Toronto (NO. 14), McGill University (NO. 16), University of Montreal/HEC (NO. 45), University of British Columbia (NO. 50), McMaster University (NO. 77), and University of Alberta at NO. 129.
