Tesla Tops World’s Most Innovative Firms List While Apple Drops Out: RANKED 2016

Tesla

Tesla Motors, the electric vehicle manufacturer was ranked No. 1 on a list of the most innovative firms in the world for 2016 by Forbes magazine. Salesforce.com (CRM) grabbed the second spot.

But, yes, that did happen. It came as quite a surprise to me that Apple has slipped out of the top 100. The list is dominated by companies from America and Asia.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals that researched on the treatment of Ebola and Zika placed third on the list. Rounding out the top five are two other pharmaceutical giants: Incyte and Alexion Pharmaceuticals.
