Job interviews can be nerve-wracking experiences, but some employers known for providing job seekers with a welcoming, transparent, and efficient interview experience. Which employers are the best places to interview for a job, according to candidates who interviewed at these US-based companies?

A list of the 50 best companies to interview for a job in 2016, compiled by jobs and career Web site Glassdoor, has some surprising stats this time around. The list ranks employers based on feedback from candidates about their interview experience. Companies that were included in the list had to have at least 1,000 employees.

Topping the list of companies that provide the best candidate experience is Sherwin-Williams, followed by Grant Thornton LLP in 2nd and Caterpillar Inc. in 3rd. Rounding out the top 10 are BNY Mellon, J. Crew, H&R Block, Southwest Airlines, Ernst & Young, Walt Disney Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
