Ten Best Beer Cities In America for 2014

Beer

Bend, Ore. ranked No. 1 among country’s 10 best beer cities in new list by the lifestyle website Livability, followed by Denver, which finished second, and San Diego, which came in third.

Congratulations — if you live in one of the America’s top beer cities!

The list-centric website listed Crux Fermentation Project, Boneyard, Deschutes, and Bend Brewing as the city’s best breweries.

“Bend offers innovative and award-winning breweries, residents who consume beer at higher rates than the average American, sophisticated beer tastes and a high-quality of life for beer lovers,” according to Livability’s rankings.

To be honest, this isn’t a scientific poll. To establish this top 10, Livability considered beer consumption, beer preference, award-winning breweries and breweries per capita.
